Membership Information

What does the membership include?

Unlimited memberships include access to a 25-meter pool, terrace, fitness center, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam room, and herbal sauna.

Do I need a membership to book a personal trainer?

Yes, an active membership is required to access personal training services.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

No, memberships are personal and non-transferable.

Can I get a refund on my membership?

Membership fees are non-refundable.

When should I activate my membership?

Membership must be activated within one week of purchase. For exceptions, please contact the administration.

Pool Rules

What are the pool entry requirements?

All guests must shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi.

What type of footwear is allowed in the pool area?

Rubber footwear is recommended. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the pool area.

Are children allowed in the pool?

Children aged 6–15 are allowed only under supervision of a parent or certified swimming coach.

Can I bring food or drinks to the pool area?

Bringing food or drinks into the pool area is not permitted.

General Rules

Is smoking allowed in the facility?

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.

Can I enter under the influence of alcohol or drugs?

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to enter the wellness center.

Are there restrictions for health conditions?

Guests with infectious or open-skin conditions are not allowed in the water.

Can I take photos or videos in the facility?

Professional or promotional photo/video recording without prior permission is prohibited.

Is the facility monitored by security cameras?

Video surveillance is in operation throughout the facility (audio monitoring applies at the reception and bar areas).

What happens if I violate the rules?

Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave or terminate memberships in case of rule violations.

Personal Belongings

Who is responsible for lost or stolen items?

The wellness center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Where should I store my valuables?

Please store valuables at the reception.

What should I do with my belongings after my visit?

Personal belongings must not be left in lockers after the visit.

Access and Wristbands

When do I need to purchase a wristband?

A wristband must be purchased together with the membership.

What happens if I lose my wristband?

If lost, the wristband must be re-purchased to regain access.
